V1.6.3 Connect Release Highlights:

Following are the updates for this release and changes done in different Modules.

Multiple Timesheet Approvers for a single project

  • You can select multiple timesheet approvers for single project.
  • Timesheet approvers will get an email once the timesheet is submitted by the consultant.
  • Admin and timesheet approvers will get an email once the timesheet got approved by one of the approvers.

Timesheets Generation Changes

Admin Settings:

  • We have changed the settings for the ‘Auto Generation of Pending Timesheets and Invoices’ configuration.
    • If this value is set to “1”, then Timesheets and Invoices are created automatically until Current date.
    • If this value is set to “2”, then Timesheets and Invoices are created automatically until Current date when a User Submits/Approves any Timesheet.
    • If this value is set to “3”, then only one Timesheet and Invoice will be in Open/Pending status when a user submits/review the Timesheet depending upon schedules.

Email Body changes in invoice template

  • Invoice details will be displayed in the email body while sending invoice and you change the content from Email templates (Admin).

Sub-menus in Benefits

  • Implemented sub-menus i.e. Holidays, Vacation Details, Insurance in Benefits module and these sub menus will be displayed based on the Role Permissions.

Announcements for the consultants

  • By selecting ‘Include Consultant’ flag while creating announcement, we can display announcement to the consultants.

Note:You need to give the consultants the role permissions for the Announcement module.

Implemented filters in collections follow ups

  • Implemented filters for ‘Unread Emails’ & ‘Emails with no response’ for the collections follow-up emails and you can also filter ‘Sent’ emails &‘Received’ emails in conversation slider.
  • Now you can view Previous and Next conversation details in just one click from conversation slider.

Expenses Changes

  • You can upload multiple attachments for a single record.

Project &Invoice details for Passthru expenses

  • Now you have an option to select project & invoice details (create/update invoice) for creating Passthru expense.
    • If ‘Create Invoice’ radio button is selected, invoice will be created with passthru expense details.
    • If ‘Update Invoice’ is selected, then invoice selection will be displayed, and expenses details will be added as a line item to selected invoice.

Payroll Report Changes

  • You can select the preferences to display User Name in Payroll Report.

Auto triggered emails in payroll

  • Auto reminder emails will be sent to the users who have approval role for payroll if the payroll period is not freezed/locked based on the settings.
  • Auto triggered emails will be sent to the users who have approval role for payroll when the payroll is freezed.

Gross Margin Summary Report

Implemented scheduling for GMR summary report.

And, small and not so small bug fixes.
